The Thermal Characterisation Facility is a suite of a wide range of thermal analysis instruments located on the Ground Floor of the Department of Materials Science & Metallurgy, room 0_46.
The facility is available to members of any University department.
A consultation service is also available to external academic and commercial organisations.
Robert Cornell, the Facility manager, has over twenty years experience in the field and is available for advice on research work.
